Omaha Balloon – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 14, 2025
Thank you for choosing Omaha Balloon. All balloon décor, arrangements, and services are custom-created for each client and event. Please review the following policy carefully prior to placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products and services provided by Omaha Balloon are final sale.
Once balloons have been delivered or picked up, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:
Balloon bouquets and arrangements
Grab-and-go balloon products
Balloon arches, columns, garlands, and installations
Custom and themed balloon décor
Balloons are perishable and subject to environmental factors such as temperature, handling, and weather. Omaha Balloon cannot guarantee longevity once balloons leave our care.
2. Responsibility After Delivery or Pickup
Omaha Balloon is not responsible for balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. This includes, but is not limited to, damage or loss caused by:
Weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity)
Handling by the client, venue staff, or third parties
Venue restrictions or environmental conditions
Natural balloon deflation or popping
Acceptance of delivery or pickup transfers full responsibility to the client.
3. Deposits & Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your event date and begin design planning.
All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
Orders not paid in full by this deadline may be subject to cancellation at Omaha Balloon’s discretion, with the deposit forfeited.
These terms apply to all purchases, regardless of product type or service level.
4. Cancellations & Store Credit
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Orders canceled more than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a store credit equal to the deposit paid, issued at Omaha Balloon’s discretion.
Orders canceled within two (2) weeks of the event date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Store Credit Terms:
Store credit has no cash value
Store credit is non-transferable
Store credit expires twelve (12) months from the original event date
5. Damage or Issues Upon Delivery
Omaha Balloon takes pride in delivering high-quality décor. Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery or pickup.
Photo documentation may be required. Omaha Balloon reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion. Once delivery or pickup is complete, no replacements or refunds can be guaranteed.
6. Custom Designs & Color Variations
All balloon designs are custom and created specifically for each event. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to availability, lighting, or production methods and do not qualify for refunds or credits.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with Omaha Balloon, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
