Donations

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests, Omaha Balloon does not do any trades in exchange for promotion or advertising of our business. Traditionally, additional balloons and "freebies" are thrown in to the nonprofits who value our work and pay for our services. For event and organizations inquiring for donations, we work hard to be an active member of our community and love to partner with organizations that align with our values.

Donation Request Policies:

- Event must be located within the Greater Omaha area.

- Organization must be a non-profit charitable organization. Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required to be submitted.

- Requests will only be approved within 30 days of the date of the event. Form submissions will be taken before, but our calendar's priority is for paid clients.

- Organizations can only apply for donations for an event once per year. Duplicate submissions will be thrown out.

- Donations are unavailable for the months of May, June, September, and October.

- Omaha Balloon will act as the sole and exclusive balloon artist for the event. No other person, company, friend, family member or professional shall provide balloons for the client's event location without consent of Omaha Balloon.
